- This course is designed to train HACCP implementers and auditors on techniques of verifying and auditing HACCP systems.
- The Ministry of Health (MOH) implements a HACCP Certification Scheme to assist food companies to meet this global acceptance.
- The course is designed for potential auditors, but will benefit those involved in food production, Quality Assurance and Quality Control personnel in food industries, internal auditors, enforcement personnel, as well as food scientists in R&D and institutions of higher learning. Participants should already possess basic knowledge of HACCP and be familiar with the seven principles of HACCP and the pre-requisite programmes. This course is tailored for small and medium entrepreneurs, exporters, private and corporate sectors.
